Robert Hoodis is a founding partner of Blue Drake Capital. He is responsible for corporate strategy, company management, business development and capital structuring. Robert originated Med Strategy Realty Fund I and serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee for Blue Drake's Med Funds. Prior to co-founding Blue Drake, Robert was the Managing Director of NAI Robert Lynn Investments. In addition, Robert served in leadership positions at multiple healthcare and real estate companies, including McKesson Healthcare Company, Rainier Capital and EDGE Medical Ventures. Robert earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Texas.

Brian Sullivan is a founding partner of Blue Drake Capital. Brian is responsible for evaluating and implementing investment and development strategies for the company. Prior to co-founding Blue Drake Capital, Brian was an Executive Director with NAI Robert Lynn Investments where he managed all aspects of underwriting, acquisition and disposition of the firm's investments. Brian was also a Development Director with StreetLevel Investments where he led the acquisition and development of over $500 Million in real estate investments. Brian earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Texas and his MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Peter Dunn is a Director at Blue Drake Capital where he plays a key role across multiple facets of the firm's operations. Peter oversees asset management for the firm's portfolio, manages investor communications and reporting, and drives financial analysis and underwriting across new and existing investments. In addition, Peter is actively involved in business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand Blue Drake's investment platform. Peter earned his bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University.
